Mistery of Venezuela

Relampago del Catatumbo Thanks to its humidity, its elevation and the clash of winds from the mountains and the sea, the southwestern corner of Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela has the world's highest frequency of lightning activity (250 flashes per square kilometer per year). More than 200 nights per year, with peaks in May and October, lightning flashes fill the sky -- sometimes 25 or more flashes per minute. To put that in perspective: The National Weather Service classifies anything over 12 strikes per minute as "excessive." Named for the Catatumbo River, which flows from Colombia in to Lake Maracaibo, the Relampago de Catatumbo, or Catatumbo Lighting, has become a highlight for travelers who spend their nights wide awake and wide-eyed watching the spectacle.

Superstition Mountains The legends and lore of the Superstition Mountains can be experienced at the Superstition Mountain Museum on the Apache Trail where artifacts of the Lost Dutchman are on display.  As per the legend in 1800s, a German immigrant named Jacob Walts discovered a gold mine inside the mountains but did not discuss the whereabouts of that mine with anyone, until his deathbed, upon which he may or may not have told a single person the secret. Although the mine has never been found, despite many expeditions. It is believed that the spirits of people who've lost their lives in these expeditions, still haunt the mountains. It is also believed that the mine is protected by creatures called Tuar-Tums ("Little People") that live below the mountains in caves and tunnels. Some Apaches believed that the entrance to hell is located in the mountains. The legends and lore of the Superstition Mountains can be experienced at the Superstition Mo

Devil sea Also known as Dragon's Triangle because of ancient legends suggesting dragons living off the coast of Japan. There has been a lot of suspicious activity along this region like  numerous disappearances of ships and planes. In 1952, the Japanese Government sent an investigation team of 31 members. Sadly, the whole team including the ship disappeared in the sea, never to be seen again. Another story tells of Kublai Khan's disastrous attempts to invade Japan by crossing the Devil's Sea, losing at least 40 000 men in the process. Other speculations range from aliens, to gates to parallel universes, high volcanic activity leading to disappearances and even to Atlantis.

Alien mistery buildings on moon

The footage uploaded to YouTube has been hailed as proof (https://www.google.lk/amp/s/www.express.co.uk/news/weird/902278/Buildings-on-Moon-UFO-aliens-lunar-colony/amp) of a long-running conspiracy theory that there are buildings on the Moon, which could either be occupied by aliens, or be a secret NASA outpost. Most video or images put forward in the past as proof of the conspiracy theory have shown blurry white objects that many said were just rock formations.  However, the new footage claims to have some of the clearest shots ever of buildings on the Moon. In the clip, a landing craft approaches the moon’s surface at a slow speed, Dailystar.co.uk reports.  As it does so, the moon’s famous craters come into focus. But ominously, an L-shaped structure appears to come into shot – sparking wild conspiracy theories of a colony in space. The clip was posted to YouTube channel “UFOmania – The truth is out there” and has already clocked up thousands of views. It

South Atlantic Anomaly Also called Bermuda Triangle in Space. One of the most dangerous areas of radiation ever encountered. It is an area where the Earth's inner Van Allen radiation belt comes closest to the Earth's surface dipping down to an altitude of 200 km (124 mi). This place creates havoc with satellites and spacecrafts. Astronauts' on the space shuttle complained laptop computers would sometimes crash when they passed through the anomaly.  NASA satellites that travel in this region are shut down, or go into SAFE mode to avoid damage while passing over the Atlantic between Brazil and Africa. Many are of the believe that it is the reason behind the crash of Air France flight 447 of June 2009, in which 228 people died.

Raamar bridge(adam's) Recently discovered bridge, old name Ramar bridge currently named as Adam's Bridge and made of a chain of shoals, 30 km long, in the Palk Straits between India and Sri Lanka, reveals a mystery behind it. The bridge's unique curvature and composition by age reveals that it is man-made. Legend as well as Archeological studies reveal that the first signs of human inhabitants in Sri Lanka date back to the primitive age, about 1,750,000 years ago and the bridge's age is also almost equivalent.  This information is a crucial aspect for an insight into the mysterious legend called Ramayana, which was supposed to have taken place in tredha yuga (more than 1,700,000 years ago). This bridge starts as a chain of shoals from the Dhanushkodi tip of India’s Pamban Island and ends at Sri Lanka’s Mannar Island.  Water between India and Sri Lanka is only 3 to 30 feet (1 to 10 meter) deep.
